I have three 9252 servos on the swash. Over the last year, they have moved their centering a bit. Is that normal? I've used a bit of subtrim (<10) to bring them back to center.

Also, the servos all need different endpoints to make the swash move level through the pitch range.
Left: +110 -105
Right: +100 -100
Rear: +100 -103
Is it normal that used digital servos will have different ranges, like this, as they age?

Yes it is normal. I don't use subtrim. I reset the servo wheels. The 9252's seem to need adjusted a couple of times after they are initially installed on a eCCPM heli.

As for different endpoints on travel range. Your going to find that is nessecary with any servo on eCCPM heli. I normally only have to adjust one servo different than the other two. New servos will not have the same travel range a lot of the time.

Yes, yes and yes. As long as potentiometers are used as output reference they'll drift over time. But most are by no mean matched when new either. I got 4 years on my first set (good chance that is very close to 1000 flights). My left front developed a bad spot on the pot, so I tossed it and saved the other two for throttle servos. Only tossed the servo wheels once and started over, rest of the time I used a bit off subtrim too. Way too lazy to start over every spring :smokin:
