I have upgraded to TREX 450 V2, and Protos 500 and this bird has been just sitting around taking up space. This was a learning bird and as such has meet the ground in an unflattering fashion several times. I affected all repairs with either factory parts or in the case of servos upgraded. I just took it out and flew the bird today to ensure that it is air worthy and fly’s like it did when I got it out of the box. I am including the original receiver (the one I used today). So all you should have to do is bind and fly (set your radio swash mix etc. because the DS285 servos operate differently than the eflite servos) I will include in an email all the settings I use on my DX7 to fly this bird so setup should be easy.
I have upgraded all the servos to DS285s 4ea.
1. extra tail boom.
2. one extra landing gear leg.
3. extra set of tail blades.
4. extra tail fin.
5. extra main shaft.
6. extra spindle/feathering shaft.
7. stock battery.
8. stock charger.
9. stock receiver.
No Transmitter. Already sold.
