I was told that JR G7703D and DS8900G are not good for 90 Heli, but Futaba 611 with BLS521 are good.

Why?

Since DS8900G has 48 oz-in with speed of .05 sec/60 deg @ 4.8V and BLS251 has 47 oz-in with speed of .06 sec/60 deg @ 4.8V, it must be the Gyro.

Can any one explain why G7703D gyro is not good for 90 size heli?

You were certainly given false information as to the 770/9800 not being usable on a 90-size. Not an issue at all. Plenty of guys doing just that.
