Looking for 30-60V (20-40Amp) Variable Voltage, Current Limiting Power Supply.

Something like the Mastech 5020 for Charging A123s.

You really should be using a real A123 charger.

The mastech (aswell as many other Power supplies) auto switches from cc to cv, therefore it is a real charger.
