Alternative BH 500 Canopy?

does anyone know of a good looking fiberglass canopy that will fit the Blackhawk 500 from HeliPro? i have one and my white plastic milk jug canopy is beginning to give me the dry heaves....;-) its just soooo ugly.

I wish. If you find something please let me know. I tried Krylon fusion paint for a little originality but I was less than satisfied.:thumbdown:

The trick to the paint...

Do some sanding, the use primer. Even though the Krylon says that it doesn't need prep, it really does. My first krylon paint after the sanding and prep also came off, so I used Rustoleum and it hasn't came off yet.

since the BH500 is more like a 450+ I would look at canopies made for 450 sized helis....

a 450 canopy will not fit.... the 500 is way bigger.

actually, just for the heck of it i just tried my gazaur poseion canopy on it( that i use on my HossX4E), and it fits alright with a little trimming.... doesnt look half bad either. ill post a pic later.
