Well after waiting over a month I got my canopy back and I'm less than happy with it. The wait was expected and I'm more than ok with that. My friend got married (Congrats Jason) in that period and I told him to take his time I was in no rush. Much of the design scheme falls on me as I was pretty vague on what I wanted (I'm not creative at all) and Jason has never done a heli canopy before. He pretty much gave me what I ask for, I guess I'm just dont know how do describe what I want! :arggg: The quality is great, I just wish I was better at being more descriptive. Tell me what you think, you wont hurt my feelings , its actually starting to grow on me. The job only cost me $75.00

It's nice looking and it's bright color so it helps with orientation. I would be happy with it.

Well......... The colors are nice. Especially if you're an old school Kawasaki fan. Shoot me a PM tonight and I'll give you Clint Sweet's contact information, he painted my canopy.

You could call it Kermit the Frog.
Seriously, its not that bad, throw some stickers on it and call it good.

Not bad at all, quality looks good just a little generic.

Kermit the Frog! :rolling, I think I'll call my vibe "Kermit" everytime its wearing that canopy!!!! I've already talked to my painter and I'm doing another canopy. I have something in my head that should look pretty cool. Jason pretty bummed that I'm unhappy with the canopy, but its totally my fault, I was vague about what I wanted and didnt provide him with a paint code of the green that I was looking for or a sketch of the graphics. I'll have another next week!

More like the Partridge family. Come on lets get happy. -Though, it does look good.
Hulley,
Its green alright and you are right it lacks creativity but it will come. As to your friend Jason the quality of the paint job looks fantastic and smooth keep painting it will be as good or better than anything commercially available with a little practice. Never give up.

The quality is very good. I'm having him do another canopy, I'm just trying to decide on the color(s) and design. I laid down some of the stock grapghics on "kermit" and its lookin better!

Steve that look cool, better than the original canopy.
I like it, but I do know what you mean, maybe brighter colors will work.

Actually I think it is really cool in a 70's retro kind of way. I would proudly fly it, but it would have to be in cooler weather so I could put on some bell bottoms. Plus, that would give me time to let my side burns grow in as well.:) Seriously, it is pretty cool!
