Best way to set GV1 for hard 3D

Could anybody suggest
the set up to get the best work from that governor?
Somewhere I read that
this governor lower to far the throttle
and you have to fix the limits
Whic limit do I have to reduce?
The lower or the higher?
Can you help me please?

Here is how most set the GV1 for 3D.
When setting the low limit, raise the throttle stick to about 1/4 position ( 25% throttle) and set the limit. Then at high limit, have the throttle wide open. At stop have the throttle fully closed.

Also the GV1 can be adjusted in the secondary back menu to not pull the throttle out so much.

When you are setting the limits in the GV1, the first setting is idle, I set idle limit with the throttle open aroud 25%.
This prevents the throttle going to full idle and disengaging the clutch during hard 3D.

The full and kill positions set as normal.

Thank you very much for your precious help
but I still have a doubt
When I'm setting the limits in the GV1,
the lmt idle appears on its screen
(so here in Italy idle means high - full throttle
and low to mean engine at start)
What do you really want to say with the word idle?
Is the low or the high position?

One of the other tricks is to set the GV-1's limit to 95% throttle and that way when you are above 95% it does not cause any lag when going from low throttle to high throttle settings quickly. Like recovering from a bailed auto.

Idle means low stick position where you would have the stick to start the engine.
High means the stick is as far up as you can push it.
Stop means the stick is all the way at bottom position plus the trimmer is all the way down. This would be the position that kills the motor.

Yes when you set the idle position, have the throttle stick in about the 1/4 ( 25% throttle barrel opening position.
Then when you set the high push the stick all the way to the top.
Then when you set the Stop, stick all the way at bottom and trim all the way close.

That should accomphlish what your original question was asking.
