I've been asked to set up a colleague's T-Rex 450 after having fitted some new servos for him. Tx is Futaba T6EXHP, with which I'm not very familiar. (I usually use JR) Anyway, I found the manual online and was setting up swash throws, directions and travels when I noticed that the servos were moving jerkily and not smoothly like they ought to. Thinking it was duff servos, I substituted a spare servo I had lying around and which I know is good, this moves jerkily too. I tested all the servos with my servo tester and they are all as smooth as can be, so what's going on? The swash servos move jerkily regardless of whether I move them with cyclic or collective, which virtually eliminates my first thoughts of a dodgy stick pot. I can't really think of anything else that can be causing this problem, so is that Tx known for having dodgy stick pots, or am I barking up the wrong tree?

The T6 was marketed as a low end computer radio, so don't expect much.
You can send it off for cleaning, however the cost would likely exceed the replacement cost.
I may have an old T6 laying around, if you want to try and eliminate the transmitter, cover shipping and it yours.
