So what do you do when you have too much time, some aluminum tubes, Lexan bits and Drama in another thread?
YOU ARM YOUR HELI !!! Evil Foamie flyers everywhere beware!
Disclaimer: This is not a threat, if you are offended I will appologize and take my "points" like a man.
P.S. Don't mind the cheese bits. I'll clean those up when I'm done posting.

The foamies will definately take notice with one look at that beast headed thier way!
I've wanted to go up to the 600 forum as well, I'd be willing to bet that somewhere (California, no doubt), someone has put a paintball cannon on a heli.
Right up my alley....

The owner at my local (closets anyway) LHS was telling me about adding aluminum tubes to his heli and loading them with bottle rockets and setting them off with rocket igniters on a spare channel. Sounded pretty red-neck, but also intriguing. :)

I've seen video on youtube of people doing that. Looks pretty cool. Seen a few post about it on here and the guy got slammed for the post. Personaly, I think it would be fun.

Yeah... just a little 'Red-Neck' but having said that, some of the guys down on the field i sometimes use, started tinkering with this about 12 years back... used glow plugs and dipped the rocket fuse in something. It really looked like a couple of Hellfires got squeezed off:roll:
