Today is my Birthday. Happy birthday to me! I could not have had a better birthday. First my package came right on time from ReadyHeli filled with helicopter parts. If that wasn't good enough I had a surprise inside.

When I opened the box I found the packages inside had been gift wrapped with festive Happy Birthday paper. I asked my Girlfriend if she called them. Nope she didn't. How cool is that? We are both very impressed. Now that's customer service. But, it gets better.

After feeling like a kid again (38 is still young!) I unwrapped one of the gift wrapped packages and immediately noticed things that were not on my order. Bottle wrap ReadyHeli cooler, key chain, ReadyHeli stickers, ReadyHeli TX neck strap, some kind of foamy Kong Power battery (very cool, maybe for stress? lol) , Ready Heli foam airplane and a Gyro-Kite helicopter. ReadyHeli always sends an invoice with my orders and a note from the person that assembles the package. This one wished me a happy birthday.

I'm not too proud to admit it literaly brought a tear to my eye my girlfriends too. That's customer service and a darn nice thing to do!

Thanks ReadyHeli for making this the best Birthday I've ever had.

I too have had great service from Ready Heli; consistent 2 day delivery and always right. I'd like to plug another great supplier in Helidirect. They sometimes have stock that Ready Heli is backordered on and that has been especially helpful lately with the build of my new Gaui. I get the same accurate fast service (no after dinner mint).
