LTS 3100 G problem

Well I'm in the middle of my manic Gaui construction. Set up the cylics hitec 45s. 450 battery tray, gyro LTG 2100T, receiver 6100 and the 3100 on the tail. Fired her up for centering etc and found that the 3100 had unequal movement. Checked ATVs. case binding, bypassed the gyro, plugged it into cyclic channels same result; 45 degree counter clock and maybe 20 degrees clockwise. Anybody have a clue?

Is it a new gyro and servo or out of another heli? Have you gone through the setup for it yet?

Yes, new out of the box. I was doing set up when I noticed the problem. At first I thought I was doing something wrong with the gyro, so I unplugged the gyro and plugged the 3100 into the rudder channel, no joy. Tried pitch and aleron channels as well. The Hitec 45s work fine. I guess I got a bum servo, PIA.

Not necessarily. Have you set the servo limit yet?

******777 did a set up video on the 2100T. that is how i figured mine out. finless has one on the hg5000 too.

Agreed, especially when his vids are still on this site
