Anyhow, what I really liked was the super glue part. I've found that if you have a couple spots, just use a little thin CA and coat the entire nail. It not only lasts longer but shines! Just don't stick your hand in your pocket before it dries... :o

Sorry Bob, but I gotta disagree with your choice of tools to perform this "how-to" video! Instead of using those antiquated nail clippers you will find that the small scissors on a Victorinox pocket knife (Swiss Army) to be a superior tool for the job! :YeaBaby:

I was an automotive line mechanic in a former life, so really your "nasty nails" looked fine to me. Add cuts, black grime and busted knuckles to the mix and you'll get the picture.

I have gotten SEVERAL Pm's from guys wives over the last year saying that I need to teach their husbands about nail grooming! I AM NOT KIDDING.... They complemented me on my hands!

So what spawned this? Well I was having a couple glasses of wine and BING.... I got a PM from someone saying my nails were getting long in my latest video... OK.... So why not make a funny video ;)

Great vid Bob but here's an old mechanics tip you didn't ccover...

If you know you will be working where there is a lot of grease and grime involved grab a bar of soap and scape your fingernails over it before you begin. This way the gap that would normally get filled with grime is already full of soap and rinses out easily.

My tool box has a bar of Dial in it but any soap will do.
