View Full Version : "Kreiselempfindlichkeit" and "Symmetrie" for 90 size?

Hi
What "Kreiselempfindlichkeit" (Gyro Gain) and "Symmetrie" (???) do you use for your 90 size helicopter (Joker II, Ion X, ...)?
As far as I understand "Kreiselempfindlichkeit" means "Gyro Gain". But exactly does "Symmetrie" do?

Symmetry is the offset of your tail blades that is required to counteract the rotation force of your main blades
(Do they speak danish in denmark)
Symmetry er opvejet af din hale Blades, der er påkrævet for at modvirke rotation kraft af dine vigtigste Blades

Symmetrie ist die Verrechnung der Schwanz Ihre Klingen, die benötigt wird, um die Rotation der Kraft Ihrer Haupt-Klingen

Symmetry is the offset of your tail blades that is required to counteract the rotation force of your main blades
But why do you have to set this manually? Every flight starts with a hover and this should leave plenty of time for the vstabi unit to find this point? There must be more to it!
By the way - Yes we do speak Danish in Denmark!

OK but lets think about this in operation. when you give rudder input your tail gyro is basically turned off (ignored may be a better term). When you stop your input the tail gyro attempts to hold your tail straight, if its starting point for finding the hold is not torque corrected then you can get a bounce back while the gyro figures this out. If you have your symmetry set correctly then you have told the gyro where its starting point should be when figuring out how to hold your tail straight again and it finds its position faster eliminating bounce back.
Thats my understanding at least.

OK, men kan tænke på dette i drift. Når du opgiver ror input din hale gyrokompasser er dybest set slukket (ignoreres kan være et bedre udtryk). Når du stopper dit input hale gyrokompasser forsøg på at holde din hale straight, hvis dens udgangspunkt for at finde lastrummet er ikke drejningsmoment korrigeret så kan du få en hoppe tilbage mens gyrokompasser tal på det. Hvis du har din symmetri indstillet korrekt da du har fortalt det gyrokompasser, hvor dens udgangspunktet bør være, når regne ud, hvordan man kan holde din halen lige igen, og det finder sin position hurtigere fjerne hoppe tilbage.
Dvs min forståelse i det mindste.
