I get the message:
" Please reconnect or switch on your transmitter"
when I try to calibrate my Futaba 7c 2.4.
The interface is working, but is there anything else
I need to do with the transmitter in order for the
simulator to recognise it?
I've tried to reconnect it and turn it off and on again, but
get the same message.
I know for the old Futabas you had to set them in PPM
mode. Is it some kind of "mode" I need to set the 2.4gh in?

Ps! I got this transmitter today, so I'm totally green :YeaBaby:
Had big expectations for this Phoenix sim, but now I'm not
so sure anymore.

Do you have the manual? I looked at an online version of the manual and it looks like PPM/PCM is set on the model setup menu. Here's a link to the online manual; see page 30 (even though there are several references that say page 28).

They have a support email for these kinds of problems: support@phoenix-sim.com

Most radios have to be OFF when connected to the sim, not sure of your specific radio.

The only one that will work with the sim: the Phoenix proprietary cable.
