View Full Version : I got my new tail servo for my Raptor 30.Did I do good??

I walked into my hobby shop and said "I want one of the best tail servos to use with my GY401 for my raptor 30, the guy told me its one of the best ones out there,Its a JR NES-810G.What do you guys think of this servo?I did a test flight with it and it works awsome and im pretty happy with it.Im a noobie to all this electronic stuff for helicopters and just want to know if I did good getting it?I also have video to post as soon as it uploads on youtube :cheers.Heres a pic of the specs.

Its a little low on the torque side compared to most tail servo's, but the speed is good and overall it will work just fine on your Raptor.

Agreed. This should do good for some time considering its a 30.
If you upgrade or convert this to a 50, I would suggest to try a Futaba S9254 or S9253.

Works GOOD...TY :thumbup:.I didnt even set anything up in the radio,just centered the servo.
