Hi there,

First of all I want to say what a great forum this is!
I've been reading, and of course watching here for some time now (especially FinlessBob's video's:clappp).

I am from the Netherlands and just bought a Trex 500(CF) which I am building at the moment.

But my question is about the transmitter that I bought: DX6i.

I came across this post:

...I entered the 'hidden' menu

The hidden menu is available by pressing the two horizontal trim switches to the center (left one to the right and right one to the center) while switching on the transmitter.

A checksum and version is displayed. After releasing the two trim switches it is accessible with the left horizontal trim switch moving it to the right.

Trainer, throttle cut and Rudd D/R seem to be display tests.

MIX switch set to 1 shows matrix with U M D values for T A E R (I assume upper middle down for throttle, aileron, elevation and rudder)
Switching one of the ELEV D/R , GYRO or AIL D/R switches to 1 enables to change the lower, middle and upper values by moving the sticks fully down, to the middle or fully up and holding them there for some seconds.

F MODE switch enables a switch test, showing 0 or 1 for each switch and following any switch changes. The beeper is on while this menu is shown...

Pressing the roller shows the MONITOR, showing the servo positions while the sticks are moved. Unfortunately, I didn't find a way to modify the mode.
Pressing the roller again leaves the monitor and enters the setup list. I didn't find any additional setting in setup list and adjust list up to now.
My curiosity got the better of me and I flipped the MIX switch:arggg:. My settings have changed and I am not sure if I just calibrated the sticks or have a problem:oops:?

The values in black are the original, the ones in blue are the values now. The one in red worries me the most because, as you can see, it has changed the most.

....T ....A ...E ...R
U 933 974 944 936
...930 969 944 933

M 498 511 479 491
...497 506 477 495

D 054 057 060 016
...054 057 058 035

I didn't set up the DX6i for my Trex so I don't know if there's anything wrong but I want to be sure, and besides, if nobody knows the answer, at least the 'hidden menu' is now out here (couldn't find it on this subforum).

Thanks in advance!

Best regards.
