Hi,
I've got a Spartan gyro. This worked great with the BLS251 on my Logo. I bought another heli, an xtreme 50 and due to non-availability of the Spartan, I decided to take it from the Logo.
I used a 4 cell NiMh pack for the rx. When hooking things up I noticed that the BLS was not moving. When connecting to the rx directly it still did not work.
Decided to use another servo, a KoPropo 2123 this time. Hooked it up directly to the rx, no prob.
Before plugging it in to the gyro I said the servo type on the spartan to be 1520.
Then I plugged in the servo. The Spartan reacts fine on the radio (gain from normal to AVCS), but it still does not control the servo. In fact I can just move the servo by hand, like there's no juice going to it....
Any thoughts on what this could be?
I already send a mail to Spartan-RC, but they are a bit slow to respond... :-(
