Hey guys, the trex 600n has about 14-14 degrees of total pitch, I was just wondering if any of you knew how much total pitch the 50 titan has
Thanks much!
-11 +11 stock head.
I use a G-Force head and am getting -13 +13.

If you don't want to spend the money to get the complete Kasama head you can get +-14 or more with the stock head and the Kasama mixers using the two outer link ball positions. If you use the inner hole on the long side of the mixer arms the ball link will rub against the head.

How are you getting that much pitch with a stock 30/50 head?

Yea, I'd have to call BS on that as well.

i just put the kasama head ment for the trex on my titan 50 and am getting a solid 12.5 degrees both ways with 10 degrees cyclic pitch and it is a totaly different machine from the stock plastic head! it rockets stait up. and with the blue tt paddles it rolls like a 600n im very impressed with this head! the canopy is the only way you can tell its a raptor when its flying! awsome.

nope, i have 32 degrees of travel, on a stock head.

are you keeping your flybar level? or tilting it in the favor of more pitch because theres no way to get more than 11+ - on a raptor. plus if you actually got 16 some how, your blades would be near stalling and deffinatly bogging the crap out of w/e engine you have.

I am guessing you have done the Colin Bell Mod. Which does not make it
a stock head.

Doesn't matter, the Raptor has a 1:1 mixing ratio.

I have a quick question.... Im using the Mavrikk Metal Head on my Raptor Titan with around +/-10 degrees collective. With full collective my heli boggs running a Hyper 50 which in turn depletes the heli's climbing performance. WIth the Kasama head producing +/- 16 degrees pitch how will the engine ever keep up with the tons of pitch that the Kasama head offers???

The fact is that with 16 degrees of pitch or even 14 for that matter your hyper won't be able to maintain head speed very long especially if you have some cyclic in as well. Extreme collective pitch is used very sparingly and for a very short period of time with minimal cyclic input to add "pop" to your flying. Collective management is paramount with large collective angles.

something is very wrong if youre bogging with 10 degrees. whats your needle set at? mine pulls 13 degrees of pitch and doesnt bog at all.
my hyper runs best at 1 1/4 turns out on the main needle. i run coolpower 30 nitro also.
