Carbuator settings on 91st

I have this engine in my TT90 and was wondering what carb settings people use. I know this verys from fuel to fuel and weather conditions. I just want to get a ball park figure because when i start to tic toc the engine really bogs down to a point i have to bail out. Everytime i lean out the high end i have a flame out. When i'm just hovering I have a huge amount of smoke. I will tweek it when i get to the field but i was just wondering what your settings were for a broken in engine.

I'm running cool power 30 with an OS #8 plug.
