I have had 3 polycharge 4 chargers. LOL I keep getting them in a trades. I have had reoccurring problems with the polycharge 4's. They all seem to give false peak to my lipos. They all stop charging my 3s lipos around 12.2-12.4 volts. The same lipos on another charger end in 12.53-12.6.
Out of the 3 polycharge 4's I have had 2 of them stop in this range. The one I should have kept stopped at 12.53-12.6. Now that I have the need for it.....my 3rd one stops at 12.2-12.4 ....GRGRRRRRR.
I called great planes, they said this is normal and my lipos need to be checked, they might be bad.
My lipos are not bad, they do not need replacing. The charger needs fixxed. They know these chargers have false peak problems. Why wont they do anything about it?
Heres my question......does anybody know if there is a adjustment I can make inside the unit to fix the false peak problem?
