Can anyone tell me what to check on my shogun. Once I lift off and hover
the helicopter starts to pitch forward and back and side to side with out touching any control sticks. The helicopter is stock with futaba G240 gyro
and 2000 mah li-po. I do not see any servo glitches or blade tracking problems please help. :arggg:

Is the head speed high enough? It needs to be around 2000 to fly properly. Are the servos moving, or is it flopping around all on its own? Go over the head and linkages with a fine-tooth comb and look for slop or loose parts.

Is this your first heli? First hover?

Not sure if it was the weight or the deflection of air against the ping pong balls I think it was the air pushing the balls around at random.
