Well, I finally crashed...
I was flying the honeybee fp at about 12 inches above the grass, running this sloum course between the tree trunks around my house.

Well I got to the far end of my course and a gust of wind hit the back end of my heli and pushed it right into the trunk while I was still in hover rpm.
It broke the blade grip's ball off (the one that connects to the flybar).

Now I need that head piece and everyone is out of stock.

anyone know where to find it?

Brought down by a 2 dollar part.

Thats the best thing about the HBFP 2 bucks and your back in the air......In most cases you can just thread & CA that part back together.

Mike,

I use BPHobbies for all my orders, they always get it out QUICK!!

I keep about 4-5 of these on hand in my tool box.... it just takes a min to change one out, I have two soldiers here who are learning to fly and they break these daily. If you hit the blades at a decent RPM, your gonna lose one of the balls......

BP has the parts you need:

Tell Jim the RotaryBoy sent ya... he'll hook ya up!

I also keep 3 - 4 parts in hand all the time, as little mistake in control will cause some damages
