I have a Stratus for sale that I built from a NEW Extreme and Stratus conversion kit three months ago, Due to a new member of the family and losing the wifes salary I am skint!!! so have decided to go for a Spectra gasser to cut those scary fuel bills
The Stratus has had 3 gallons through it and is immaculate, it is currently ready to fly however I am prepared to strip all the electronics and the engine and sell the airframe with rotor head seperately as well as the engine and pipe. I would not sell the electronics seperately as they can go in the Spectra.
I am considering the ebay route however thought I would give you guys a look first. However if you would like the security of the ebay auction I could look at running a buy it now auction as I have a 100% feedback rating on 115 transactions and a Blue Star!
As I converted this from the extreme it has the the closed tailbox which from what I am reading appears to be the best option until some kinks are ironed out on the open version!
I am running the YS engine at 8.18 ratio so if you prefer OS engines it would be a simple case of changing the two engine mount plates at very little cost.
Electronics (all new at time of building (3months))

I run a duralite regulator and Li Ion pack (not Duralite) however will NOT be selling this as part of the package.

I will provide a new untouched Tempest canopy as I will keep my painted one for the Spectra.
For the whole Set up with electronics I want £1300 (this represents about £800 saving over new prices)
For the complete airframe & rotorhead only £700
For the engine only £145
For the CY Muscale Pipe £60
If I remove the electronics I would keep them for the Spectra
I will ship anywhere in the UK or Ireland.(I may also consider Europe) however I would ask the buyer to pay shipping.
