Interlink no longer working... HELP!

I just sent a email to Great Planes support. But I was wondering if anyone here has any idea why my interlink is no longer working.

I purchased RealFlight G4 about a month ago and it has been working flawlessly.
Today when I attempted to fly any helicopter I am unable to control the pitch. The helicopter instantly pitches forward as soon as I lift off.

I attempted to Calibrate the Controller and I am unable to calibrate 'Channel 1' because it is constantly fluctuating from -16% to 32% without any input.

- I've restarted the computer
- I've tried both USB ports
- I've switched user accounts.

But I still have no control over 'Channel 1'

I figured out what was causing the problem. I opened up the Interlink and inspected everything while moving around the sticks.

It looks like (when my roommate dropped it) one of the sensors popped off. I placed the sensor back in its place and it works like a charm.
