I just got my Kong Power charger. Id like to know - when the charger cycles the pack - does it obey the 80% discharge rule? Or does it discharge to 0, then recharge?

I haven't used that charger, but generally, there is a per cell voltage cutoff. For example, you tell it not to go below 3v per cell and it figures that out depending on how many cells the pack has...
