stratus and os c spec

mu stratus is on the way and i was just wanting some info on the c spec engine ...does it do the job or for brute powe do i need the cline and viper mod...the money is no problem.. just want some info and is it the pumped c spec or the ringed that gets the cline mod...Is it a pain in the A$$ to get tuned and stay tune and is the mod woth the money ...please any help with chooseing an engine would be a big help for me...thanks everyone... :?

The C-Spec PS is hit or miss. Some guys do very well with them, others aren't so lucky. The Cline mod is definitely the way to go if you want to run OS. A little longer run times, consistent needle settings, no more tuning flights!
