Yesterday I had a cut-off and when inspecting my buddy Blade 400 I got a little confused about the part called Tail rotor pitch control slider ring (part 112). The attached picture has a Norwegian text on it, asking "Is there something missing"? I posted it in a Norwegian forum, but no answers so far.

Could anybody PLEASE just check out if there is a metal part or something that should be in the middle of that ring?

As far as I can tell (I´m a noob anyway) the flight characteristics are good, but I would feel very much more confident if somebody could clearify this (I´m stranded outside Civilization right now, only cows and horses to ask for advice). Help would be very much appreciated.

Is that a brass sleeve sticking out the slider bearing near the tail case? Should it be sticking that far. I can only see the brass sticking in the other side the rotor side, not the bearing side.

I guess it´s the flash of the camera that makes the impression of the brass being too far. Thanks for the kind involvment! HF rocks!
