There are two small washers that go in between the control frame and seesaw holder. I lost these on accident but I had an extra set of hardware for spindles...Well the washers supplied with that kit work just the same, they fit perfect.
So if you lose those washers dont go spend $8 on a control frame set, you can use the washers from the spindle set (if you have them on hand) and if you dont that set is half the price.

This is a tip from a TREX 450. Not sure it it applies to a Blade 400 too.
When you have to remove the flybar, its difficult to get the bendy mess through all the head components. Since the middle of the flybar is kept straight within the head parts, push it through as far as you can in one direction, cut off the flybar just before the first bend, then pull it back through. I sometimes grind off any burrs at the cut with my belt sander.

Use a new flybar as a follower to push the old one out. This way the washers will stay in place.
