Just got done on a major tear-down (replace elevator arm in frame) and when i fly it seems to keep wanting to drift backwards. Double checked swash. Did hover in garage to stay out of wind. CG seems to be good, Only thing i did diff is am now using alighn woodies. Seems like it will hover decent with little stick input, if i ajust swash forward (down in the front) a little, but Its always hovered good with level swash before. Still a newbe but have done atleast 20 rebuilds that turned out good, with minor tweaking. Have any suggestions?

Check your balance. Put the blades front-to-back and lift from the flybar. It should stay level. If it tips back, you're tail-heavy. Either shift the battery farther forward or just add some forward trim in the radio to compensate.
Edit: Oh, you said CG looks OK. I dunno.

Thanks again guys, will double check. There is a chance that the flybar isn't level.

And both flybar paddles should be parallel to the flybar control frame.
