I'm running a Thunder Tiger Pro .H motor in my Stinger .50. So far I've just run linear throttle curves and in fact have never gone to idle 1 on it yet. I'm doing things on the 450 now that I will soon be doing on the .50. Small flips and rolls, barrel rolls and that kinda thing.
Having never touched the throttle curves on the nitro, and knowing that running flat 100% is not gonna be good at all, what's a good starting point. I understand using a V curve to keep the engine from overspeed coming back to midstick but I need a good starting point. I have a thorough understanding of curves and how they work, I just need some starting numbers for nitro engines. Any input is appreciated!
