I think I'll locktite them in next time once I find a replacement screw.
Was hovering nose in about a foot or two high while coming in for a landing (fortunately) and then all of a sudden the the rotor tilted back and the heli dropped a littler faster than normal. When the screw fell out the motor tilted back and knocked the elevator link off of the swashplate. Surprisingly nothing bent or broke.
