Just a note saying thanks for the great parts support from Kelly in northern Alberta.
I was loading my Intrepid EB in the car after some great flying on Tuesday evening and noticed a strange sound when spinning the tail blades(Non driven tail). Later that night I started to look for the culprit. I dis-assembled to find the Start shaft bearing block lower bearing was grinding away. I e-mailed Kelly that night at aprox 0200 a.m. and left a phone message the next morning at 0900 a.m. I think Kelly probably had the new part out before I phoned because it arrived on my doorstep in Calgary early Thursday morning.:thumbup:.
If you're considering a Bergen and parts availability is of any concern then put those concerns aside because, yet again, the Bergen customer support has proven to be outstanding. Many thanks Kelly.
