I just started looking myself. I cant stand that pos paperweight that futaba gives you, Futaba's slogan is "slow to provide but quality when provided." Where is the quality in your 600mah battery futaba :-P
Im curious to see what people find out.

Readyheli lists a KongPower with leads for a futaba (http://www.readyheli.com/Kong_Power_2200mAh_TX_Pack_for_Futaba_Radios_p/tx-2200-2.htm). Anyone tried it?

I should have my flight power TX pack from espirit in next day or so, will report how it does. Not expecting anyhting dramatic other then a lot more flight time between charges :).

i use a lipo out of ebay (just type futaba lipo) and it works great.
fits no problem in the battery slot, lasts much longer...

I just ordered the
Kong Power 11,1V 2200mah TX-Pack 3C TX-2200-3
Dual power adapter built-in for SPEKTRUM, Futaba and JR radio transmitter.
Will have it on tues/wed-day. Will let you guys know how it works.
Its supposedly got up to 16 hours of playtime.
