ESC spooling up slowly with throttle stick down

I flipped off my throttle hold and my heli started to spool up slowly. It's almost as if the ESC has lost the throttle range? I have a DX6i with a Scorpion 2221-8 and 45A ESC. It was fine on the previous flight. Anybody seen this problem? Flexbs, any idea? :confused:

You're right , my trim was centered. Fixed it, flew it, crashed. AAAAaaaaaa! Oh well, got the first one out of the way. I'll start a new post to fill everyone in. Thanks Bum!
