Well i just finally got everything put back together and set up good. When i go to throttle her up the motor doesnt kick in until maybe 3/4 stick if not more although the swash moves up anyway. Im so frustrated, I'm actually getting tired of working on this thing, i just want to fly. I have new 40a hobbywing esc with separate bec and 3550 sonix motor. both worked fine on the first test flight. I thought a post like this just came up but can't seem to find it.

The ESC simply didnt initialize right thats all... Hobby wing esc does that sometimes in in the failsafe they have for throttle position reading.
