Hello folks,

I'm going crazy on this....
Static, everything moves freely on the full control range. I've the gaui cnc Head, I've followed the finless instructions, as well as the manual (about the grips to be set horizontaly)

When i go near full lateral or long, i got vibs, very noisy...

Here is the video

Did it happen to anyone here ? I've you ever tried to run full lat on your bench, with only the bell installed ?
Help is requested !

`Happy flights,
jerome

it almost looks like you're getting some rubbing when hitting full cyclic. if you notice in the finless videos, he had a very similar problem.

It looks like you've got a lot of cyclic there - what pitch are you getting on your paddles ? What are your swash settings ?

You should'nt have to spin it up to find the problem....... if you hold full cyclic and slowly rotate the head you should see where the binding is. pay particulay attention to the swash arms....they tend to bind at extremes....

As mentioned in the above post....you may want to check your radio swash settings and/or how much cyclic you have dialed in...

I forget what is normal....I think about 8-9 deg....but I'm sure you'll get more replies with the numbers.

hey guys,
many thanks for your answers.
If i 'd like to know how much pitch i have with lateral input, how should i do ?
Check it on the main blades or on the paddles ?

You can do either, you can either check them on the paddles - e.g. with the blades fore and aft put your pitch gauge on the paddles and check the elevator pitch, or you can put the main blades at 90 degrees across the heli and measure the elevator pitch on the blades. Do the same, but at 90 degrees for the aileron, I generally use about 6 degrees.

Cheers,
Mike.
