Where can I get these? Or is it airbrushed on?

You can do it a few ways:
1. Airbrushing.
2. Transfer lettering. You may be able to find sufficiently small lettering at business supply stores.
3. Clear inkjet printer sticker sheets. This is the quickest way because you don't have to apply the lettering one letter at a time. Just print out the text, cut it down to size, and apply.
In any case, you need to use some clearcoat to seal it.
