I was wondering if there is a modification to make the tail blades still rotate when you hit throttle hold and are doing autos. Mine stop moving but the main rotor blades keep moving.. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to have a driven tail auto hub not sure about the Jr line of helis
but I'm sure you will be able to purchase one.
Tell us what heli it is and someone will be able to tell you what you need.

In order to have a driven tail you need a KSJ453 Limited Slip Auto Hub. You don't say what JR Heli you are flying. It fits most of the JR line.

The Venture 50 should have come with the Limited Slip Auto Hub. It may not be adjusted right. It is a collar and a o-ring mounted on the main shaft under the main gear. It has slots in it with a bolt running thru it loosen up the bolt and push it up tighter against the auto hub.
