Newbie idle 1 and idle 2 settings

ok silly azz question here, I've got my futaba 7ch 2.4 ghz set up for normal and it works fine.When setting idle 1 and or 2 do I have to reset everything ? like endpoints ,subtrim settings , swash settings , expo etc. ? Or are all the changes except pitch and throttle setting switched over automatically?Thanks

Yes all your settings remain.
As you mentioned all you have to do is adjust your throttle and pitch curves for idle 1 and 2
However you must be in the advanced menu in order to adjust the idle 1 & 2 curves.
While in the advanced menu you can also adjust the "normal flight" throttle and pitch curves
The "basic" menu only allows adjustments to the "normal flight" throttle and pitch curves.

you mean if i had + 20 on aileron in my subtrim, It would be 0 in idle up unless i set it
