View Full Version : CP Pro Main Shaft Help Needed!!!
How do I get the main rotor shaft (with the big gear wheel at the bottom) out of the CP Pro. It is bent and I have a replacement, but i can't get the old one out. I loosened the sset screw in the collar and it moves freely, but there must be something else holding the shaft in place.
Please respond - I need help ASAP!
Thanks, Jerry
I also pulled the retaining pin out too.

Ok it sounds like you have everything that needs to come off. I had a hard time getting it out the first time I crashed, the day after I bought my CPPro. I just had to pull real hard. It popped the bottom bearing out also. You may have to try and restraighten the main shaft a bit to help getting it out. Sorry I could not help more, oh a drop of oil might help.

you have to file around the hole were the pin goes threw,it gets burred up from the pin,and then it will pass threw the bearing
