I am looking to find a nano size heli for indoor use.
I found a bunch of the really tiny fixed pitch helies out there.
I am looking for the smallest available, collective pitch heli out there.

Jeff - you could buy my piccolo and modify it to make it the smallest possible....

I'll bet that that Piccolo does get a lot smaller if you fly it into a wall.
I tried to make my 3D pro smaller by flying through a ceiling fan, it worked but the disk loading was too high after that. :badair:

probably the 3D Pro from Century or the hornet from MS. for the smallest CP machine. I don't think they make anything smaller YET..

I think is the 3D Pro from Century. If you compare de lenght between the Hornet and the 3D Pro, the 3D Pro is the smallest Heli you can buy.

I have the 3D Pro now and was hoping to find something smaller.

With the 3D pro all that I can do in my house is hover.

I only have a 6' X 10' area.

I was even looking at the Micron (http://www.precisionheli.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=PREHELI&Product_Code=m001&Category_Code=c002) to at least be able to fly around some.

So, in this flight condition, you will need to have a fixe pitch version to find a " naro " heli!!!

Check out the Pocket Zoom. It's a lot smaller than the 3DPro and runs on 2s-250's.

Yes the pocket zoom is the smallest cp heli that actually works right and can fly inverted as a video showed. Just wish it would get to the states as buying from hong kong and waiting for parts does not do it for me.

Oh man.
You had to go and post that where I could see it.
Just because I asked is not a good reason to tempt me with something like that.

Sorry Dude,

That thing's pretty high on my list, but I think I'm gonna wait until it hits the States.

I just got a small one from here:

http://ltair.com/products/model/Helicopter.htm

I am in the process of building it now.

It is quite good construction, and it comes with everything except the Tx.

No competion with the Mini Zoom, but the smallest is the Blue Arrow Dexterity 3DX
Flying Kit.com
Know what you mean ordering from HK, but not that bad like 22$ Express post for 3 day. And cust service beat's allot of US dealer's.
Not the smallest but don't forget the Aplus, Hornet size belt drive all CNC and in the states now. Flying Hobby.com(also has the Mini Zoom) the HK dealer has a link to the USA dealer. Got good review in RCgroups and not bad $ for what you get.

The smallest I know is the old MS Composit hornet (the new one has a rotor diameter of 560mm, old one is only 490 mm) I have one and even as a lerner I find it quite stable but when it all goes wrong it all happens very quick ( but with very little damage strangeley enough )
