CY Solid G question / problem

Just installed this on my Extreme. I have gone through the setup with display and all went well. My problem is I notice strange reaction from the gyro on the bench. On my 401 and 770, even on the bench, the tail moves as fast as I can give input. For example I can go full left/right quickly and the servo is right there. On the CY Solid G, I can actually move the stick fast enough, and not really moving it that fast, and outrun the tail. I can go a bit faster and the tail will not even move.

Did I get a bum Solid G ? Im concered with even trying to take my Extreme up with this delayed reaction to input becaue even moving the stick slow on the bench you can see the delayed reaction time.

Any help appreciated.

I found it moves slow on the bench also but probably fastest reaction on the stick among the other gyros in the air.
