this is for the power station that powers the charger, and it will hook up to a car battery also ,you will need a plug for the power station ,i used my printer plug from my computer ,i never got one with it, and the charger works great ,i cant fiqure the ballance , so that is up to you i will price it with that in mind,i have the instruction book also,i will include all the connecters i got with it , i just charged my 6 cell with it and it worked great ,also will charge 2 -3 cells at once this is $200.00 with out the power station, will take $120.00 shipped thanks Dominic
