If the shops in Japan don't have them. I would think it will be a few months before YS makes another batch. Even the YS 91 SR is scarce and hard to find. YS spends most of there production time making engines for airplanes.

Yes they say they do. And they are asking $60 more for them than most shops has gotten for them.
They want $280 when most every other shop was selling them $220-225. That may be why they still have them.

Yes, but the question was who has them in stock now. They do. FYI, ReadyHeli has them for $270, A main for $240, RC Hover for $230, so prices vary, but the rest are out of stock. If you want one now, choices are limited. I bought my heli/engine combo 6 weeks ago, and if I waited for a better price on the engine, I'd still be waiting.

But yes, that is the highest price I've seen online.

I emailed them directly and ask them did they have them in stock.
All they would say is to check the website for availability. Maybe it is just me, but a simple yes or no to my direct question would have been more appropiate.
So it is still a question where they have them or not. I have seen things stated in stock before, but when you order them they don't have them. Happens all the time at numerous places.
