I have a Raptor 90 using the Goebee belt drive convertion
Please check the 18-tooth gear that rides on the autorotation gear. If yours is plastic, replace it. Goebee has a new steel gear.

My heli after just a few flights striped this gear causing the heli to pirouette uncontrollably and resulted in a crash.

The new gear is $7 and can be found at this link http://www.gohbee.com/Merchant2/mer...de=10241&Catego (http://www.gohbee.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=10241&Catego) ry_Code= The photo shown is still the plastic gear but don’t worry, when I ordered the replacement I got the steel one.

To remove the original plastic gear, you will have to remove the tail piece from the frame, separate the two halves to remove the gear assembly. There is a set screw in the shaft holding the pin through the gear, remove the set screw, push the pin out and remove the gear. The new gear uses two set screws instead of the pin. I did not have to modify the shaft this rides on and it seems real tight (use locktight on the set screws). While apart this would be a good time to grease the bearing. When assembling, ensure the belt goes on the right way, while rotating the gear counter clockwise (as looking from the top down(remember this is oposite the main rotor direction)) the tail blade closest to the front of the heli, should be going up.

Again, if you have the plastic gear, replace it, the heli you save may be your own.
