WTF man, I have not done anything at all. All of the suddon i swap batts and after I go past mid stick the whole heli goes nits vibrating I cant hear it coming from the main gears I think. I just replaced the entire tail, main shaft, spindle, etc. With no head on, it still does it, without the tail as well.

But why? I havent done anything. I guess I am just pissed cause I just left the hobby store to find this crap....really over this shit.

Any ideas...

Group Hug:hug: At least you have a hobby shop. When i find out i forgot somthing i got to wait a week. I think your main bearing might have got hot (slipping or somthing) and melted the plastic and offset the bearing. Maybe:roll:

could it be your belt skipping?

Check pinion gear, pinion gear shaft and motor bearings.
Try spinning up the motor with the gear stack out of the heli.

No vibration without the gear stack. Tension is good. Thanks for all the help so far.

Check the lower and middle main shaft bearings.
Sometimes they can come out of thier seats or sit cockeyed, or maybe one is just bad, notchy.

Also, did you say you had this vibration with two different main gears and one-way bearings.

Yes two diff mains on two diff helis. We are having the same problem. I will check the shaft bearings.

You replaced the gears just before posting this? Or are you saying you already did when the heli was recently rebuilt?

Yes shortly after posting I replaced the gears. Mysteriously after putting my head back on and spooling up with the main blades it cut the vibration down tremendously to a "flyable" measure....

BTW pro woods are the dope sht.

So I am not sure what to do really, maybe the bearings were cock-eyed and popped back in? Not sure.....

What about switching to a 9T?

I'm starting to suspect the Tail Drive Gear/Pulley could be the source of vibrations for me.
