Well finally after what seemed to be about 2 months of no flight time due to a new head set up, esc, motor, and other issues I finally was able to get though all 3 of my batteries tonight. If feels so good to be back in the world of flight. Its been so long the first battery was very nerve racking like my first hover but buy the third i was getting back into my comfort zone. Thanks to everybody here who has helped get it back in the air and kept my interest up. It was getting very frustrating with that much down time.

lol, i thought that was the point in having multiple helis so that if one was down you'd have others to fly. This hobby can get pretty crazy huh?

Most Definitely, but did get the lama flying was a lot of fun and I think I have enough spares to down-grade and get the Falcon 40 running too! It definetly has it's frustrations but when you get your birds flying again it feels so good to know yes you can do it and this thing flies good because of what you did! Then when you have good flight/s on top of that it makes you feel like this---->:banana

i have 4 Heli's and 2 planks :) none are down for more than 10 minutes :) always order parts in bulk :) coz its one thing in this hobby is the exact part you dont think you will need will end up breaking.

When I buy a new heli I always buy what I call crash kits to go with it. Blades,Booms ,shafts etc. Having lots of spares keeps down time to a minimum. You can usually guess pretty close as to what you will need. I live in a pretty isolated spot and I,m not a patient man. It takes two ferrries and a 4 hour drive just to get to my little town.
Its good to hear you are back in the air, its just like riding a bike right!

Hey Tom - I had to laugh when I read your post this morning! I have half a dozen Lamas, 2 Belts and 2 Exis and I STILL had to fix one so I could fly this morning! :)
