I got a Futaba Synthesized Transmitter Module for 9C/9CS (TP-FSM, 72Mhz) from HongKong but found that it can only operate within selected 10 channels. Does anyone know how to unlock this limitation so I can use the synthesized module in all 50 (11~60) channels?

Well it would seem the module you got is for the Japanese market. Since they only have 10 channels in the 72 mhz band that they use. You would need to get a module from North America to get one that operates on all 50 of the 72 mhz channels.
Does Taiwan allow all of the 72 mhz frequencies?

Not heard any regulation regarding channel restriction on 72mhz band. So I suppose "Yes" -- all 50 channels of 72mhz can be used in Taiwan. The module seems to be for China as it has a label "CN" on it.

From the FAI website list of frequencies. China only allows 10 frequencies in the 72 mhz band also. Here is the list of frequencies for China in all the bands.

The RC frequencies in China are:
26.975MHz, 26.995MHz, 27.025MHz, 27.045MHz, 27.075MHz,
27.095MHz, 27.125MHz, 27.145MHz, 27.175MHz, 27.195MHz,
27.225MHz, 27.255MHz
40.61MHz, 40.63MHz, 40.65MHz, 40.67MHz, 40.69MHz, 40.71MHz,
40.73MHz, 40.75MHz, 40.77MHz, 40.79MHz, 40.81MHz, 40.83MHz,
40.85MHz.
72.13MHz, 72.15MHz, 72.17MHz, 72.19MHz, 72.21MHz,
72.79MHz, 72.81MHz, 72.83MHz, 72.85MHz, 72.87MHz.
Those 72 mhz frequencies are the same ones that are allowed in Japan also. I don't see Taiwan listed on the FAI frequency list. So I don't know how the FAI sets frequencies for Taiwan. The radio manufactuers like Futaba and JR designates the equipment for each country according the FAI frequency list.
