correct balls

So today I was cleaning out my old boxes, and I found a bag I apparently missed. It states:

correct balls
bag 6
Logo 600-3D

Now, I've built two (since one crashed), and I'm not sure where these belong, or whether they're necessary.

Does anyone know offhand where these belong, and how to tell whether I've got a problem or not?

Well, yasee, I have nothing to knowingly compare them to. I'm not sure what they're for, although I might guess they're related to the tail supports. Short of disassembly of something which works, I don't know what to do with them.
