8th annual Wings Full of Wishes July 13th @ Hazelton, Pa. Airport

This event is not a funfly. Its a fundraiser for the make-a-wish foundation. As far as I know, the pilot roster has been filled and along with myself, mxracerx43, and AArnel from the helifreak forum, we will be attending and flying at the event. I flew at last year's event and it was the best turnout since the start. There will be a mix of everything from a flying stop sign to fullscale Blackhawk and Apache flybys. The helis will land for the day and will be on display throughout the show.

2 years ago the trip would not be bad, but for $4.00 plus a gallon can't blame you. Did not think the Snepaes would be known so far away. Box style or from the resturaunt?
Either way the event should be good and is for a great cause.

A great cause indeed, this should be a good example for other clubs.:thumbup:

I'm not even that upset about gas prices but I'm already going to Camden NJ friday and sat. for a music festival and Warbirds over Deleware on sunday, so it makes stoping by a little more challenging.

As for senaps, my family (grandparents) were originally from that area and owned a bar "back in the day". My mother and aunts used to spend alot of time with the cousins up there and would take my sister and I when we were younger. Now, if any of the family is coming down this way they must bring a couple tomato pies and pitzas ;)

The full scale apache and blackhawk eta will be 10:00 a.m. The rc show starts immediately following the full scale fly-in. :)
